Playing roles, a twisted tragedy

A deadly game, dramatic and bold

We can't stop playing, it's a vicious cycle

Restarting the game, so fickle

Repeating this cycle, over and over

As a character, I'm feeling quite sober

Every time you strike with your sword

It hurts me deeply, every word

How many times must I die, I ask?

Will you ever get bored, take it off your task?

Let me rest, let the game end, finally

I'm tired of being an NPC, you see

You tell me to love, so I love

You want me to die, so I'm above

You want a restart, just hit start

I'll be back, playing my part

I have no right to ask to go

No right to ask for life, you know

No right to say I don't love you

No right to be free, me and you

Trapped in a realistic simulation

Where characters feel real sensation

No escape, no way to fight back

No clue who's pulling all these strings, what a lack

An NPC's duty, is to love
