My father was killed

Fell off a cliff

someone close to him

His own relative

Told me that it was my fault

So I ran away from my home land

And now I’ve grown to be a strong lad

I thought my mission was to continue to live

In this little slice of heaven on earth

Where I escaped my fears

And neglected to live up to my purpose here

As being a king of lions

Using my strength to help others who may be stuck in silence

And keep the balance of the circle of life in check

I guess

I’ve been distracted by the mountains of food and comfort that’s been placed in front of me daily

That I’ve forgotten my birth right and instead believed a lie

You see

My father used to rule from a fort

On a mountain’s edge

In the center of the pride land

And I recently ran into a monkey who had more wisdom that I thought, and man

I’m blown away

Because he showed me that my father was still alive

By simply having me look into my reflection on a pond’s edge

If I’m quite and still at night

I can see his face in the sky

I can hear him still talk to me

I’ve also had my heart rekindled by a long lost friend who reminded me of who I am and how mad the whole pride land is

Now that my other relative rules in my fathers stead

Because he invited other hyenas

To occupy what they were never meant to

And note the peace of the circle of life is disrupted and other lions are suffering too

So I’m ready to face the trader

And reclaim my throne

I’m meant to be king

I’m ready for what he says when I greet him when I get home

hahahaha, Long time no see, how you have grown into a respectful lion king

Don’t waste your compliments on me.

You have disgraced the name of lions and are threatening to destroy the pride lands by encouraging

Hyenas to feed

On anything they wish and by disrespecting

The name of the true Lion King

You may have been close to my father at one point,

and I’ve heard you were one of his first creations.

But deep down, you are just a hyena in a lion’s disguise.

You may sound wise

because you know the King Cat’s book

but you can’t stand against the power of it when wielded by a lion who has faith.

Why are you so upset? Your father is dead. according to your own faith, it was your fault.

If my father was really dead, then I wouldn’t be standing here in front of you.

My father is alive inside of me and I have something that can prove it.

It’s called evidence for the things unseen and substance for the things hoped for.

And his death for my sins is your greatest defeat because there is now no more condemnation for those who believe

The right way to live is however we want

There is no morality

There is no such thing as sinning

So go ahead and flaunt what ever you want

Just mentioning something as a sin is enough for other lions to turn away

And instead live with hyenas who feed on anything, hahahahahaha

Regarding sin

You see, we were created in the King Cat’s image and

therefore have a conscious.

Sin could be defined as missing the mark of the character and desires that the King Cat has.

Not just an arbitrary command.

Also, he didn’t just call out sin, he laid down his life and died on the cross for our sins and rose again from the dead so that we may live.

And freely forgives those that turn away from sin and believe in him.

Do my words confound you?

Look around you.

if the King was still alive then he obviously was blind and can’t see

As evident in all of the persistent pain and suffering

The pride lands are actually bad lands so why don’t you drop your guard and soften up?

Why are you always stressed out on sharing a message that others think is messed up?

I agree that the pride lands are under chaos. That’s obvious

the King Cat would explain that is the result of original sin.

My Father created his lion cubs

for an amazing purpose and gave us a platform up here to oversee the pride lands which at times may be overrun with the dark.
