Well howdy-doo, doo-doo,
I’m a gummy fish
But I ain’t so squishy as I used ta wish
Got lint in my gills and a tear in my tail
And I kinda smell like a sock in a tractor pail!
(Ewww!)

Doo-doo, doo-doo,
I’m a gummy wreck
Got a chew-mark tattoo on the back o’ my neck
Used to be red like a cherry pie...
Now I’m dusty pink and lost an eye!

"....Pretty sure a raccoon ate it....Oh Well....."

Well I got dragged through the rodeo
Left under the couch where the lost crumbs go
Dog thought I was a catfish snack
Now my left fin’s pointin’ backwards n' gone all slack!

Got peanut butter on my right buttcheek
And a mysterious stain from last Tuesday week
Last button eye’s loose and my stuffing’s adrift... Lookin' like a beanbag ghost bound for goodwill thrift!

I need a bath in the laundry whish!
Scrub-a-dub-dub, rinse me up quick
I stink like barnyard licorice!

But my guts are peepin’ through the stitch!
Thread me up, please don’t delay.....
Or my cotton brains might float away!

I remember them candy ocean days
Sugar tides and the maraschino waves....
Now I’m caught in musty blanket plains...
Where the dust bunnies run whole freight trains!

Got cracker crumbs in my dorsal seam
And my belly squeaks when I daydream
One good wash and a needle poke
Might fix this plush catastrophe before I croak!

I’m held together by one hopeless stitch!
Bubble my bath 'n let me ride clean tides......
Let me Soak or you'll Peep my Insides!
